Pre-heat a frying pan large enough to fit two tuna steaks with medium-high heat
-
Season the tuna by adding about 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil, some lemon juice and sea salt on top of the steaks
-
Once your pan is super hot, add the tuna steaks to the pan
-
After about 2-3 minutes turn the tuna steaks to cook the uncooked side
-
After 2-3 minutes turn fire off and remove the tuna steaks from the pan and transfer to a plate
-
Using a mortar and pestle, add the minced garlic and pound it until it becomes a paste
-
Add a generous pinch of freshly chopped parsley and pound with the garlic
-
Add about 2 Tsp extra virgin olive oil and some sea salt to your liking and mix all together
-
Spoon some of the sauce on top of each fillet
-
Enjoy!
