Ingredients

FOR THE CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE

  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oat milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch black pepper

FOR THE FILLING

  • 2 cans Spanish tuna
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tsp sweet smoked Spanish paprika
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 alfalfa sprouts

EXTRAS

  • 2 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. To make the creamy garlic sauce add a 1/4 cup of plain hummus into a bowl, also add a generous tablespoon of oat milk, 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, shred in 1 clove of garlic and lightly season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, whisk it together until you form a creamy sauce

  2. Drain 2 tins of Spanish tuna into a sieve with a bowl underneath and mix the tuna around to release all the oils, then transfer the tuna into a large bowl, finely dice 1/2 of a red onion and add to the tuna, dice up 1 tomato and add to the bowl as well, season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper and mix together until well combined

  3. Heat up a couple of large flour tortillas and then evenly divide the tuna mixture into the tortillas, add some slices of avocado on top of the tuna mixture, season the avocado slices with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, then drizzle in a generous helping of the creamy garlic sauce, sprinkle some spanish smoked paprika over the sauce and top of each wrap with some alfalfa sprouts, tightly roll each tortilla and serve, enjoy!
