Pan Grilled Salmon – Healthy Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Fillets Fresh Salmon
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Sea Salt
  • Ground Pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan with medium heat
  2. Season the salmon by rubbing the olive oil on the salmon
  3. Rub sea salt and ground pepper on salmon to your liking
  4. Squeeze some lemon on the salmon
  5. Once your pan is hot, add the salmon fillets to the pan, skin side down
  6. After 3-4 minutes turn the fillets and cook the other side of the salmon
  7. after 2-3 minutes turn fire off and transfer cooked salmon fillets to a plate
  8. Squeeze some more fresh lemon on top of fillets
  9. Sprinkle some fresh parsley on top
  10. Enjoy!
