Ingredients

TORTILLA WRAP #1

  • 1 extra-large flour tortilla
  • 1 tomato
  • handful spinach
  • 3 slices Manchego cheese
  • 1 slice havarti cheese

TORTILLA WRAP #2

  • 1 extra-large flour tortilla
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • handful thinly sliced red onion
  • handful arugula
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

TORTILLA WRAP #3

  • 1 extra-large flour tortilla
  • 2 roasted red bell peppers
  • handful arugula
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp plain hummus

TORTILLA WRAP #4

  • 1 extra-large flour tortilla
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 can tuna
  • handful arugula
  • 1 slice havarti cheese

EXTRAS

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

TORTILLA WRAP #1

  1. Cut a slit on the tortilla from the center down, so you can fold it into four quarters, add 3 slices of tomato on the right side of the slit, season with sea salt & black pepper, add a handful of spinach above the tomatoes, add 3 slices Manchego cheese to the left of the spinach and 1 slice havarti below the Manchego, fold the wrap counterclockwise, starting by folding the tomatoes over the spinach, then into the Manchego cheese and finally into the havarti cheese

TORTILLA WRAP #2

  1. Cut a slit on the tortilla from the center down, so you can fold it into four quarters, add 2 slices smoked salmon on the right side of the slit, add a handful of sliced red onion above the smoked salmon, add a handful of arugula to the left of the onions and spread 2 tbsp cream cheese below the arugula, fold the wrap counterclockwise, starting by folding the smoked salmon over the onions, then into the arugula and finally into the cream cheese

TORTILLA WRAP #3

  1. Cut a slit on the tortilla from the center down, so you can fold it into four quarters, add 2 roasted red bell peppers on the right side of the slit, add a handful of arugula above the roasted red bell peppers, add 1/2 avocado thinly sliced to the left of the arugula, season with sea salt & black pepper and spread 2 tbsp hummus below the avocado, fold the wrap counterclockwise, starting by folding the roasted red bell peppers over the arugula, then into the avocado and finally into the hummus

TORTILLA WRAP #4

  1. Cut a slit on the tortilla from the center down, so you can fold it into four quarters, add 3 slices of tomato on the right side of the slit, season with sea salt & black pepper, add 1 can tuna (drained) above the tomatoes, add a handful of arugula to the left of the tuna and 1 slice havarti below the arugula, fold the wrap counterclockwise, starting by folding the tomatoes over the tuna, then into the arugula and finally into the havarti cheese

TO COOK THE WRAPS

  1. Heat a large fry pan with a medium heat, once it´s hot add in 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and add the wraps, cook for 1 minute per side and serve
