Cut a slit on the tortilla from the center down, so you can fold it into four quarters, add 3 slices of tomato on the right side of the slit, season with sea salt & black pepper, add a handful of spinach above the tomatoes, add 3 slices Manchego cheese to the left of the spinach and 1 slice havarti below the Manchego, fold the wrap counterclockwise, starting by folding the tomatoes over the spinach, then into the Manchego cheese and finally into the havarti cheese
Cut a slit on the tortilla from the center down, so you can fold it into four quarters, add 2 slices smoked salmon on the right side of the slit, add a handful of sliced red onion above the smoked salmon, add a handful of arugula to the left of the onions and spread 2 tbsp cream cheese below the arugula, fold the wrap counterclockwise, starting by folding the smoked salmon over the onions, then into the arugula and finally into the cream cheese
Cut a slit on the tortilla from the center down, so you can fold it into four quarters, add 2 roasted red bell peppers on the right side of the slit, add a handful of arugula above the roasted red bell peppers, add 1/2 avocado thinly sliced to the left of the arugula, season with sea salt & black pepper and spread 2 tbsp hummus below the avocado, fold the wrap counterclockwise, starting by folding the roasted red bell peppers over the arugula, then into the avocado and finally into the hummus

Heat a large fry pan with a medium heat, once it´s hot add in 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and add the wraps, cook for 1 minute per side and serve
