Derind one 7 ounce block of Manchego cheese and cut into thin slices, decorate the slices of cheese on the board, drain a can of green pitted olives and shake off any excess liquid, grab one tin of Spanish anchovies, roll each anchovy over one green olive and pierce with a toothpick to secure, add them to a serving dish and onto the platter

  3. Grab 3 slices of smoked salmon and add about 1 ounce of soft goat cheese to each slice, then roll the salmon around the goat cheese and cut into 1/2-inch thick pieces, pierce with a toothpick to secure it all together, transfer to a serving dish and onto the platter
