Spanish Style Fried Almonds
– Spanish Style Fried Almonds –
Spanish Style Fried Almonds known as just ¨Almendras Fritas¨ in Spain, are one of the most satisfying tapas in the entire country. In Spain we usually consume these fried almonds before la comida with some olives and a cold beer, sitting at a local bar or la glorieta (summer garden), chatting about the latest fútbol game or complaining about the weather. These almonds have a beautiful crunchy and salty taste to them, and will surely become part of your pre-meal tapa to make your comida a memorable one. Watch the video below on how to easily make this tapa at home.
