– The Best Homemade Creamy Garlic Sauce –
What really makes these Spanish tuna wraps ¨better than the rest¨ is the homemade creamy garlic sauce. This sauce is made with hummus and oat milk, so it´s very healthy and may I say, very addictive! I pretty much put this sauce on everything, from chickpeas to salads, but it works really well with these wraps. To make the creamy garlic sauce add a 1/4 cup of plain hummus into a bowl, also add a generous tablespoon of oat milk, 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, shred in 1 clove of garlic and lightly season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, whisk it together until you form a creamy sauce

Heat up a couple of large flour tortillas and then evenly divide the tuna mixture into the tortillas, add some slices of avocado on top of the tuna mixture, season the avocado slices with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, then drizzle in a generous helping of the creamy garlic sauce, sprinkle some spanish smoked paprika over the sauce and top of each wrap with some alfalfa sprouts, tightly roll each tortilla and serve, enjoy!
