The grilled cheese sandwich, you gotta say, it´s one of the best comfort foods from America. In this recipe, we´re going to grab that American classic and take it to the next-level. I present to you, the Greatest Grilled Cheese Sandwich Version 2.0.
This grilled cheese still has that beautiful golden crust and that perfectly melted cheese. We´re just going to add in a couple more ingredients and give it a beautiful lift of Spanish flavors.
Folks, this is what it´s all about. Basic ingredients, big bold flavors and easy to make. Serve this grilled cheese next to a Spanish salad and a glass (or two) of Spanish red wine for the ultimate experience.
TIPS & TRICKS to Make this Recipe: Make sure to use good quality bread that is nice and sturdy. That way when you add in all the ingredients, it doesn´t fall apart. Remember to cook your grilled cheese on a low to low-medium heat. This ensures the bread will develop that beautiful golden crust, while allowing the cheese to fully melt.
