Heat a large fry pan with a medium heat and add in the olive oil
In the meantime, add the cod fillets over some paper towels and pat dry, season with sea salt & black pepper on both sides, then cut each fillet into 2 evenly sized pieces for a total of 6 pieces of fish
Add the 1/2 cup flour into a bowl, along with the garlic powder and onion powder, mix together, then coat each piece of fish in the flour
Add the pieces of fish into the hot fry pan, fry for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until just cooked through, then remove from the pan and set aside
Using the same pan, lower to a low-medium heat, add in the chopped garlic, mix continuously, after 30 seconds add in the 1 tsp of flour, continue to mix together, after 1 minute add in the white wine, lemon juice, oregano, parsley and season with sea salt & black pepper, mix together and then simmer
Once the alcohol has been cooked off and you have a slightly creamy sauce, about 3 to 4 minutes, add the fish fillets back into the pan, gently give each one a flip so they're fully coated in the sauce, simmer for 1 minute, then remove from the heat
Transfer the fish fillets into serving dishes, top off with some of the creamy sauce and garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley, enjoy!
