Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes with Sea Salt & Rosemary

Ingredients

  • -12 baby yukon gold potatoes
  • -extra virgin Spanish olive oil
  • -sea salt
  • -dried rosemary
  • -fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Rinse 12 baby yukon gold potatoes under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels and add to a baking tray lined with foil paper
  2. Add a generous drizzle of extra virgin Spanish olive oil on top of the potatoes and using your hands rub the oil all over the potatoes, then season generously with sea salt on both sides and top off with a sprinkle of dried rosemary
  3. Add the baking tray into a pre-heated oven, bake and broil option 210 C - 410 F between 45-50 minutes
  4. After roasting the potatoes transfer them to a dish and garnish with fresh rosemary
  5. Enjoy!
