Gently drain the cans of sardines into a fine sieve with a bowl underneath
Heat a fry pan with a medium heat and add in the drained olive oil from the canned sardines
Add the flour into a shallow bowl, and gently coat each sardine all around
Once the oil is hot in the pan, add in the coated sardines, all in a single layer, and fry for 2 minutes per side, then gently remove from the pan and set aside
Using the same pan with the same heat, add in the sliced garlic and crushed red pepper, mix continuously, after 1 to 2 minutes and the garlic is lightly browned, turn off the heat, add in the paprika, lemon juice, and season with salt & pepper, mix together
Transfer the sardines into a serving dish, all in a single layer, top off with the spicy garlic sauce and chopped parsley, serve at once, enjoy!
