This Creamy White Bean & Pepper Soup is packed with flavors, made with simple pantry staples and comes together in just 5 minutes. But the best part? Absolutely no cooking and no chopping involved. Just add the ingredients into a food processor and in 5 minutes you have a beautiful creamy soup.
You can enjoy this 5 Minute Creamy White Bean & Pepper Soup at room temperature, chilled or even warm. Either way, serve this creamy soup next to a crunchy baguette and a bottle of chilled white wine for the ultimate experience.
The white beans I used where jarred Spanish white beans. Which is the same thing as the canned ones. However to make this recipe, you can use any type of white beans you like. Such as: Cannellini, Navy or even Great Northern Beans.
TIPS & TRICKS to Make this Recipe: As stated above, I used a food processor to make this soup. But you can also use a blender or handheld mixer. For the liquid I used homemade vegetable broth. But you can use chicken broth or even water.

29 . Jul . 2022Hey Albert,
I made this and it tastes amazing. I noticed my texture was a little grainy. I am not sure if that was normal. I did blend in a food processor for the recommended times. I used navy beans, but they were super soft. I suspect it was the raw garlic. Did you have similar results. I wonder if it would be worth cooking the garlic in the oil before blending.
Anyway, thanks for all the recipes. I’ve made many, and enjoyed them all, including this one.

It´s normal if its a little grainy, if you want it to be super smooth, blend for a minute longer or so 🙂 much love

5 stars for being easy to make.
5 stars for being quick to make.
5 stars for having all but one ingredient already in my pantry.
5 stars for flavor and aroma!
After taking a quick trip to the market for a jar of roasted peppers, I made this recipe exactly as instructed. The soup tasted so good right out of the food processor. I did, however, choose to heat it up and then let it simmer for about 4 minutes.
I will make this again and again and I have already shared it with family and friends.
I love your YouTube channel. Thank you for everything!

I would like to make this tonight. Can you give me an idea of how much the peppers weigh (in grams)? My jarred peppers are thin strips.
18 . Jun . 2022Spain on a Fork
About 150 grams 🙂 much love!

What’s the serving size? That’s a huge amount of salt or serving.

2 servings, the sodium is much lower than as stated in the nutritional facts, because as stated, you want to drain the beans into a sieve and rinse under water, this removes a ton of the sodium, I just can´t control the nutritional facts to that detail, much love
