5 Minute NO OVEN Pizza | Crispy Crust + Melted Cheese + Homemade Sauce

This 5 Minute NO OVEN Pizza is truly one of the most incredible recipes ever. We´re talking a crispy crust, melted cheese and all done on the stove top. But the best part? It´s all made using simple and affordable ingredients.

5 Minute NO OVEN Pizza
For the pizza base I used pita bread. Perfect for quick pizzas, as its got a sturdy texture and a great flavor. For the cheese I used Mozzarella. But you can use any cheese that easily melts. Just make sure to freshly shred it yourself, as it melts easier than the pre-shredded stuff at the market.

What takes these quick pizzas to the next-level is the simple homemade tomato sauce. Made with the most basic pantry staples, but its got an incredible depth of flavors.

TIPS & TRICKS to Make this Recipe: What helps give the crust a crispy texture, is adding a little garlic infused olive oil into the pan right before adding the pizza. Also, it´s very important to cook the pizzas on a medium heat and nothing higher. Otherwise the crust will brown to quickly before the cheese melts.
