AMAZING Canned Tuna & Pasta Stew | EASY 30 Minute One-Pan Recipe
This Canned Tuna & Pasta Stew, known as Fideos con Atún, is packed with flavors, made with simple & affordable ingredients and all done in about 30 minutes. Serve this dish next to a crunchy baguette and a bottle of Spanish red wine for a complete and fulfilling meal.
To make this recipe, I used canned tuna in olive oil. You can also use tuna in water. However, I did use the olive oil from the canned tuna to sauté the vegetables. If you use tuna in water, just use extra virgin olive oil to cook the vegetables.
For the pasta, I used fideo cut spaghetti (The brand I used was Barilla, which you can find at your local supermarket). Known as just fideos in Spain. If you can’t find this type of pasta in your area. You can just use regular spaghetti and break it off into smaller pieces.
TIPS & TRICKS to Make this Recipe: Once you add the pasta, make sure to mix it every 1 to 2 minutes. This is going to help release the starch in the pasta, which will help thicken the stew. This dish will hold for up to 3 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer. Just add in more liquid when you reheat.

Hi I live in Mexico and can’t find the sweet smoked Spanish paprika . I can only find regular smoked paprika. Will this work ? You have so many fabulous sounding recipes I want to try but I can’t find that one ingredient! Thanks
