Savory Garlic Shrimp with Peppers | Quick & Easy 15 Minute Recipe
These Savory Garlic Shrimp with Roasted Peppers are what Spanish flavors are all about. We´re talking a huge punch of Spanish goodness, a dish that´s easy to make and it´s all done in just 15 minutes. The perfect tapas appetizer for any occasion.
Serve these shrimp next to a crunchy baguette to mop up all that goodness or serve them over some pasta or rice for an incredible meal. Either way, a bottle of Spanish wine is in order here for the ultimate Spanish experience.
The shrimp I used I bought frozen and thawed out. As always, to make things easier and cheaper. However, you can always use fresh shrimp. Either way, make sure to pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. This way the shrimp can absorb all the flavors in the pan.
TIPS & TRICKS to Make this Recipe: You want to saute the shrimp on a medium heat for 1 minute per side. Any longer and they will get a tough texture. I used white wine for the sauce. However, you can sub for any broth of your choice with a dash of lemon juice.
Key Ingredients & Cookware I used in this Recipe:
MY FRY PAN
EXTRA VIRGIN SPANISH OLIVE OIL

05 . Mar . 2023This was delicious and easy. I had all of the ingredients except for the jarred roasted red peppers (so I roasted three fresh bell peppers I had by broiling in the oven on a baking sheet; then peeled the skins, and sliced). This is so good on its own, and also makes a good dinner when combined with a little pasta. Thank you for another delicious recipe!! We love your website and YouTube channel! 😋😃

01 . Oct . 2022I made this for lunch today, decreased the amount of garlic because my taste buds are sensitive. Super delicious served with homemade country bread! Will be a staple in my rotation, thanks so much.
