I have long been a fan of salads, they are fresh, healthy and just make you feel good. The problem that most people have with salads is simple…..they are boring! Most people associate salads with just a bowl of cut lettuce and dressing….yeah, that is pretty boring. But guess what? making super exciting salads that are super tasty and healthy don´t take much effort to make. I seriously eat at least one salad per day, just because I love them, they make me feel healthy, alive and balanced. I live in Spain, salads are pretty much served in every restaurant and bar around the country, and not just the basic ones, but the really good ones that are healthy and oh so good!
