– Healthy Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe –

If your like me, you´re always having family and friends over to your house for lunch, dinner, sports games, etc… which in return, you´re always being invited to their houses for the same thing. I just love being around family and friends while enjoying good food and creating great memories. With that being said, I´m always trying to come up with new dishes to serve to my guest, and since it happens so often I try my best to make them healthy. Ok, let´s get to the topic of this post, Spinach and Artichoke Dip, this is a fantastic appetizer that is creamy and loaded with flavor, I love it, and I think most people do, the only bad thing? it´s loaded with calories and fat! So, I decided to create a healthier version, that way you can have the cake and eat it too 🙂 . This healthy spinach and artichoke dip recipe is truly a winner, I have served it to my guest and not once did they ask if I made it ¨healthier¨, it´s so good you don´t even notice it, of course I am giving my self high-fives for the accomplishment!
