How to Make The Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich

– How to Make The Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich –

Everybody loves grilled cheese sandwiches, they´re easy to make and oh so satisfying, this Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich takes the beloved grilled cheese into the next level. The secret on How to Make The Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich is simple, a great combination of ingredients and a cheesy explosion of flavors. I used multi-grain bread to make this grilled cheese, just because it adds even more texture and flavor to the sandwich, but you can use whatever type of bread that you like. I also used to 2 different types of cheeses in this recipe, Manchego cheese and fresh mozzarella. Manchego cheese is not as easy as other cheeses to melt, but I will show you the technique on how to get that Manchego perfectly melted.

Secrets to Making the Cheese Melt Everytime

When you´re making a regular old grilled cheese sandwich, the cheese almost always easily melts, but when you add different ingredients into the grilled cheese, such as this one, the cheese tends to not melt as fast. Of course you cant keep the sandwich in the pan for too long or the bread will burn. After grilling the sandwich I wrap it in foil paper and add it to a pre-heated oven for 6 to 7 minutes. This ensures that all the cheese will melt through, and thanks to the foil paper the bread stops toasting.
