Are you ready for the most amazing potato recipe ever? These Incredible 10 Minute Potatoes are just that. Loaded with flavors, super easy to make and the potatoes are fully cooked through in just 10 minutes.
These 10 minute potatoes are the perfect side dish on the run, yet they´re bold enough to serve with any meal. Folks, this is what it´s all about. Great flavors, basic ingredients and ready in just 10 minutes.
To make this recipe I used yukon gold potatoes. But you can use any potatoes you like. The secret here? Make sure to cut your potatoes thin, that way the cook faster.
TIPS & TRICKS to Make this Recipe: I cooked my potatoes in the oven with the bake + broil option (bottom and top heat). If your oven does not do both options at the same time. Just bake your potatoes for an extra 3 to 5 minutes.

Incredible 10 Minute Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 yukon gold potatoes
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 15 ml
- pinch sea salt
- dash black pepper
- dash garlic powder
- dash sweet smoked Spanish paprika
- dash dried thyme
- handful freshly chopped parsley
Instructions

Wash and pat dry 2 yukon gold potatoes, cut each one into rounds that are between a 1/4 inch (.635 cm) and 1/8 of an inch (.3175 cm) thick, transfer the slices of potato into a baking tray that´s lined with parchment paper, make sure they´re all in a single layer

Brush a kiss of extra virgin olive oil on top of each potato, season each slice of potato with sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, a dash of garlic powder, a kiss of sweet smoked paprika and a touch of dried thyme

Add the baking tray into a preheated oven, bake + broil option 250 C - 475 F

After 10 minutes remove the potatoes from the oven

Transfer into a serving dish and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, enjoy!

Hey there Albert!
I happen to have a guy in my life that LOVES potatoes! I tried this recipe tonight and it was a HUGE hit!!! I altered it a bit for personal tastes along with ingredients on hand I needed to use up. I switched the garlic powder and used onion powder. I used clipped green onion as a topper since I had no parsley. I also pulled them out of the oven at 10 minutes and placed a small piece of extra sharp cheddar on each slice and topped it with fresh bacon bits from breakfast that I had left and returned for an additional 3 minutes (cheese was bubbly).
It was AMAZING and we will be making it again. It also made a spectacular presentation with the additional toppings. Next time I may even put a dot of sour cream on top to add to the masterpiece!
