Incredible 10 Minute Potatoes | Fast & Easy Recipe

Are you ready for the most amazing potato recipe ever? These Incredible 10 Minute Potatoes are just that. Loaded with flavors, super easy to make and the potatoes are fully cooked through in just 10 minutes.

These 10 minute potatoes are the perfect side dish on the run, yet they´re bold enough to serve with any meal. Folks, this is what it´s all about. Great flavors, basic ingredients and ready in just 10 minutes.

To make this recipe I used yukon gold potatoes. But you can use any potatoes you like. The secret here? Make sure to cut your potatoes thin, that way the cook faster.

TIPS & TRICKS to Make this Recipe: I cooked my potatoes in the oven with the bake + broil option (bottom and top heat). If your oven does not do both options at the same time. Just bake your potatoes for an extra 3 to 5 minutes.

Incredible 10 Minute Potatoes

  • 2 yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 15 ml
  • pinch sea salt
  • dash black pepper
  • dash garlic powder
  • dash sweet smoked Spanish paprika
  • dash dried thyme
  • handful freshly chopped parsley


  1. Wash and pat dry 2 yukon gold potatoes, cut each one into rounds that are between a 1/4 inch (.635 cm) and 1/8 of an inch (.3175 cm) thick, transfer the slices of potato into a baking tray that´s lined with parchment paper, make sure they´re all in a single layer

  2. Brush a kiss of extra virgin olive oil on top of each potato, season each slice of potato with sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, a dash of garlic powder, a kiss of sweet smoked paprika and a touch of dried thyme

  3. Add the baking tray into a preheated oven, bake + broil option 250 C - 475 F

  4. After 10 minutes remove the potatoes from the oven

  5. Transfer into a serving dish and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, enjoy!
