Pan Grilled Salmon – Healthy Recipe
– Pan Grilled Salmon – Healthy Recipe –
Oh yes! Did someone say pan grilled salmon? Nothing better than going to a restaurant for la comida or dinner and ordering a beautiful salmon dish. In Spain, this is a very common dish, with a glass of red wine that is! Pan grilled in Spanish means ¨A la Plancha¨, which is to cook with little or no oil in the pan. In this recipe we use no oil in the pan, as it brings out the natural flavors of the salmon. Pair it up with a tomato salad, and you have yourself a healthy and satisfying lunch or dinner. Please check out our video below on how to make pan grilled salmon, the Spanish way. Salud!
