In this post, I will show you how to make restaurant-style garlic bread that is done in under 10 minutes. Folks, this is the real deal, incredible flavors, effort-less to make and mind-blowing good.

The difference between this garlic bread and restaurant garlic bread, is that you know exactly what´s going into your garlic bread. I used to work at a restaurant back in the day. If I told you how much ¨stuff¨ was going into their garlic bread, well……. I´d probably get sued!

TIPS & TRICKS to make this recipe: Make sure to use baguette bread, it makes all the difference in the world. I used margarine here, if you prefer you can use real butter. I have tested and tested, but much prefer the margarine. It works so much better with the extra virgin olive oil. Don´t over bake your breads, otherwise the garlics will burn. You want them to be aromatic and sweet, this is the magic of these garlic breads.

Restaurant-Style GARLIC BREAD in under 10 MINUTES

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Cut a baguette into diagonal slices that are 1-inch thick

  2. Add a 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil into a large bowl, also add in a 1/4 cup of margarine, finely shred in 3 cloves of garlic and 2 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley, whisk together until well combined

  3. Evenly spread the mixture on each piece of baguette bread, then add the breads into a baking tray lined with foil paper and season each bread with sea salt

  4. Add into a preheated oven, bake + broil option 250 C - 475 F for exactly 3 minutes, remove from the oven and serve, enjoy!
