Roasted Spanish Garbanzo Beans with Creamy Garlic Sauce
I love to serve these roasted Spanish garbanzos as a tapas appetizer or as a side dish, but you can always serve them as a main course next to a simple salad for a complete meal. Plus they´re gluten free and vegan, a dish most everyone can virtually enjoy 🙂

Roasted Spanish Garbanzo Beans with Creamy Garlic Sauce
This is a big claim, but I stand by it. I could literally eat these roasted Spanish garbanzos everyday! They are that good. The secret to this recipe are the simple spices that I used, cumin powder and sweet smoked Spanish paprika. The combination of these 2 spices creates an explosion of flavors that is very typical in the region of Andalucia in southern Spain.
