Spanish Cava Sangria Recipe | The Ultimate Sparkling Wine Cocktail
Spain is famously known for their sangria, a delicious cocktail made with either red wine or white wine. In this post, I will show you how to make a Spanish cava sangria recipe. This sangria is made with fresh fruits and cava, Spainยดs famous sparkling wine.

This cava sangria has an insane flavor to it, seriously folks, you canยดt even taste the alcohol (what!!!). Made with a very simple blend of fruits and a hint of Spanish brandy. No joke here, this is the BEST sangria I have ever tasted, hands down.

The best part about this cava sangria, is that it doesnยดt have to sit in the fridge for a couple hours. Most sangrias call for this, so all the flavors develop. Thanks to the sparkles in the cava, all the flavors instantly develop.

TIPS & TRICKS to make this recipe: I used a ยจbrutยจ Spanish cava, this cava is not as sweet as the other ones. That way you can adjust the sweetness in the sangria to your liking. For the orange juice, I used a store-bought one, not from concentrate and with no pulp. If you prefer, you can freshly squeeze your own, just run it through a sieve to remove the pulp. This sangria serves 4 large wine glasses, if you need more, just double up on the recipe.

Key Ingredients & Cookware I used in this Recipe:
