This Spanish Party Platter recipe is loaded with a great combination flavors, done within 20 minutes and has an unmistakeable Spanish presentation. The perfect party platter for the holidays or anytime of the year, specially when you want a party platter that really takes things up a notch. I used a wood cutting board to serve my party platter, but you can always use a large platter dish.

Spanish Party Platter

– The Secret is in the Ingredients –

The secret to this Spanish party platter is to use high-quality ingredients. Like Marcona almonds, Spanish anchovies and a good-quality Manchego cheese. I also added some green seedless grapes to bring a bit of sweetness to the platter, which added a beautiful balance to the entire board.
