Spanish Style Spinach Omelette

– Spanish Style Spinach Omelette –

In Spain, we consume loads of tortillas (omelettes), whether it´s for almuerzo (lunch) or for dinner, you will always find Spanish people eating their favorite tortillas. In this case, we have the almighty Spinach Omelette, known as ¨Tortilla de Espinacas¨ in Spain. I don´t think that there is a better combo of protein and veggies than this omelette. It´s loaded with flavor and you can eat it without any guilt. Serve it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it´s amazing at anytime of the day. I love to serve this dish with a fresh baguette and a tomato salad, to round up the perfect meal. Watch the video below on how to make this super tasty and super easy omelette. Salud!
