Spanish-Style Toast with Smoked Salmon & Avocado

– Spanish-Style Toast with Smoked Salmon & Avocado –

These Spanish-Style Toast with Smoked Salmon & Avocado are the perfect starter to any meal. Loaded with layer upon layer of so many flavors, super easy to make and done in under 30 minutes. The combination of flavors between the smoked salmon and avocado are simply stunning. I served these Spanish-Style Toast with Smoked Salmon & Avocado to some guest right before we enjoyed a Paella with Tuna & Shrimp, everybody was impressed and the toast where gone with a blink of an eye. Very simple ingredients, very easy to put together, yet you get extraordinary flavors from these Spanish-style toast.

– to Baguette or not to Baguette –

Whenever I´m making any style of bruschetta-type dishes I only use crunchy baguettes. They offer a better texture and flavor than just about any bread, and for toast that will be loaded with ingredients, it holds everything together perfectly. You can use whatever type of bread that you love, but trust me when I say that a simple baguette will take this recipe to the next level. Hello, I have a question. There is no written recipe so I was wondering: what are the 4 spices/seasonings used? There were 2 white and 2 green. Also, was it a teaspoon measurement for all of them?

Thanks so much! Love your recipes.
