– Easy to Make and Loaded with Flavor –
Have I told you how easy this dish is to make? Honestly, it´s one of those plates that just comes together within minutes. The best part of it all? how amazing the flavors are, with the rich meaty texture of the mushrooms and all that garlic and spice, it´s heaven on a plate. I used Spanish peppers to make this recipe which are mild, but you can use any type of peppers that you enjoy, but don´t go over-board on the heat, the mushrooms are still the star of the dish here.
